James A. Harris, Jr. was admitted to the Bar of the State of Alabama in 1969 and has now practiced law for over fifty (50) years, following a clerkship with the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit. In his early years of practice, Mr. Harris handled and tried a wide variety of cases, including criminal defense, domestic relations, personal injury and business litigation. Thereafter, Mr. Harris has specialized in complex business litigation, handling and trying cases all over the southeast. These have included everything from Antitrust to Securities cases.
