We have also represented certain clients in Chapter 11 cases in Texas, Louisiana and Illinois. Our creditor representation includes such matters as cash collateral hearings, post-petition financing, stay litigation, section 363 asset sales and contested confirmation hearings. We also have extensive experience in defending avoidance actions and claims objections. We have prosecuted objections to discharge in individual Chapter 11 cases.
