After practicing with a Birmingham, Alabama firm for 16 years, Patrick joined Watkins & Eager to open the Birmingham office in 2017. His defense litigation practice focuses on product liability involving automobile manufacturers, recreational vehicle manufacturers, agricultural equipment manufacturers and pharmaceutical companies. Patrick also defends medical malpractice claims filed against physicians, nursing facilities, hospitals, and pharmacies. He also assists health care providers on HIPAA compliance, cybersecurity issues, and regulatory compliance. Patrick also represents corporate clients in commercial litigation, premises liability, and catastrophic injury cases. He has tried numerous cases to jury verdict, including wrongful death, catastrophic injury, and business warranty disputes in state and federal courts in Alabama, Mississippi, and throughout the southeastern United States.
