Collins handles complex appeals in state and federal court and appellate-related issues before trial courts in all types of civil cases. He served as law clerk to Judge William H. Barbour, Jr., United States District Court for the Southern District of Mississippi, from 1986 to 1988. He also currently serves as Honorary Consul of the Federal Republic of Germany for Mississippi.
