Brian C. Smith was admitted to the Mississippi Bar in 2004. He presently serves as leader of the firm’s intellectual property practice group and is a Certified Public Accountant. Brian also has significant experience in banking, financial services, and securities litigation, commercial litigation, insurance litigation and CDBG-DR grant compliance. Before joining the firm, he clerked for The Honorable Rhesa H. Barksdale, United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit.
