Roger W. Williams is a transactional attorney with an emphasis on the acquisition and sale of commercial real estate, construction projects and commercial lending. Roger represents developers in all phases of the acquisition, development, financing and sale of various kinds of commercial properties, including apartment complexes, shopping centers and build-to-suit retail projects.  Additionally, he regularly represents borrowers in connection with loans under the Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac and HUD/FHA loan programs.  He also frequently represents lenders in all aspects of commercial real estate transactions.  Roger is a title agent for multiple underwriters, and regularly serves as title agent in commercial real estate transactions.  He is a member of several professional and civic organizations, and he is currently listed in The Best Lawyers in America and Chambers USA.
