 | John B. Howell, III has a litigation-focused practice, with significant experience in commercial litigation, employment and labor litigation, tort and general litigation, medical malpractice and health care, product liability, appellate advocacy and banking, financial services, and securities litigation. Before coming to the firm he clerked for the Honorable David C. Bramlette III, United States District Court for the Southern District of Mississippi (2007-08) and the Honorable Daniel A. Manion, United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit (2008-2010). John earned a Juris Doctor Degree from Mississippi College School of Law (summa cum laude, 2007), where he served as Editor-in-Chief of the Mississippi College Law Review. He also holds a Master's Degree (summa cum laude, 2003) and a Bachelor's Degree (summa cum laude, 2000) both from Mississippi College. John is AV Preeminent rated by Martindale-Hubbell and recognized by Super Lawyers Mid-South Rising Stars 2014-2015. |
 | Molly Jeffcoat Moody is a transactional attorney, with an emphasis on commercial transactions and complex financing. Her work includes significant representation of borrowers and lenders in commercial loans (C&I, real estate, bonds, interest rate swaps) and developers in the development, construction, and operations of complex real estate projects (apartment complexes, manufacturing facilities, shopping centers). Molly has considerable experience with loan syndications and participations. She co-authors a continuing series on commercial transactions, entitled Commercial Finance 701, which appears regularly in the Mississippi Business Journal. Molly holds a Juris Doctor Degree from University of Mississippi School of Law (summa cum laude, 2008), as well as dual Bachelor's Degree's (B.A. and B.B.A. magna cum laude, 2002) from Millsaps College. Molly is recognized by The Best Lawyers in America® for Commercial Transactions/UCC Law and by Chambers USA for Real Estate Law. |
