H. Rusty Comley has been named to the "PORTICO 10", the fifth annual selection of ten up-and-coming attorneys in the Jackson Metro area by PORTICO Magazine. Rusty is a litigator, whose practice focuses on general product liability, including automotive, aviation, and construction cases. But he also represents health care providers in HIPAA breach cases and Medicare/Medicaid administrative proceedings and appeals. Rusty has been with Watkins & Eager since 2006 and is a member of the firm.
