Watkins & Eager is pleased to announce Austin Smith Sistrunk has joined the firm’s expanding litigation practice. Ms. Sistrunk previously practiced with a large national law firm in the areas of products liability, drug and medical devices, hospitality, timeshares, complex commercial litigation, class actions and franchise claims. She is a member of the Alabama Defense Lawyers Association as well as the Defense Research Institute, where she serves as Vice Chair of Social Media, DRI Retail and Hospitality Committee.

Austin is a 2011 summa cum laude graduate of the University of Alabama and earned her J.D. from the University of Alabama School of Law, where she was Senior Editor of the Alabama Law Review.
