Watkins & Eager is pleased to announce Molly Jeffcoat Moody has been named in the Top 10 of Mississippi Business Journal’s 2019 Top 50 under 40.

Molly, a member of the firm, joined Watkins & Eager in 2008. She specializes in business transactions, with significant representation of borrowers and lenders in commercial loans and developers in the development, construction, and operations of complex real estate projects. Molly has considerable experience with loan syndications, participations, title insurance policies, and interest rate swaps.
A graduate of Millsaps College and the University of Mississippi School of Law, Molly is recognized by Chambers USA and Best Lawyers in America, in real estate and commercial law. She is the co-author of Commercial Finance 701, a continuing series on commercial loans geared to lenders, developers, investors, and transactional attorneys.
