Walters have co-authored an article titled "Discovery of Electronic Medical Records, Audit Trails, and Metadata" for the April 2018 issue of the Medical Defense and Health Law Committee Newsletter, a publication of the International Association of Defense Counsel (IADC). The article addresses some of the challenging issues involved in the production of electronically stored medical records and provides an overview of some of the recent decisions involving this topic.
