Timothy L. Sensing


Tim has significant litigation and trial experience in medical malpractice, pharmaceutical & medical device, and products liability cases.  Since joining Watkins & Eager, Tim has served as trial counsel on numerous professional liability and products liability cases.  Most recently, Tim obtained defense verdicts in a football helmet products liability trial in federal court in Mississippi as well as medical malpractice trials in Mississippi state court.  Tim has also worked on multiple pharmaceutical litigations and been selected as a trial team member in a Medicaid fraud action brought by the State of Mississippi against a major multi-national pharmaceutical manufacturer.

Tim was selected in 2012 as a Super Lawyers' Rising Star for personal injury defense.  He was admitted to the Mississippi Bar in 2007.  He is also admitted to the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit and the United States District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Mississippi.
