Jason L. Poulson


Jason L. Poulson is a member in the Real Estate and Commercial Finance Sections at Watkins & Eager. Jason represents developers in all phases of the acquisition, development, financing and disposition of commercial properties, with an emphasis on Low-Income Housing Tax Credits. Additionally, he also regularly represents borrowers with loans involving the Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac and HUD/FHA loan programs. Jason also represents various types of financial service providers with respect to the structuring, negotiation and documentation of real estate, construction and asset-backed loans, including loans for projects utilizing Low-Income Housing Tax Credits.
