We also have represented various governmental entities in small to large bond issuances, including federal agencies, state agencies, counties, cities, towns, economic development districts and utility districts. Our lawyers have also handled complex defaulted bond issues both in work-out negotiations as well as bankruptcy cases.

Typical bond projects include industrial development programs, general obligation bonds, refunding transactions, urban renewal projects, TIFs (Tax Increment Financings), PIDs (Public Improvement Districts) and private activity GoZone Bonds financed through the Mississippi Business Finance Corporation.
